Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Speed Hebby Striker application ("the App") operated by SoftWind Tech ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under the minimum age.

2. User Accounts

To participate in the game, you may be required to register with your name and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to cheat, exploit, or manipulate game scores or leaderboards
• Impersonate another participant or person
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Use automated bots, scripts, or other unauthorized tools

4. Prizes and Rewards

Prize eligibility, distribution, and conditions are determined solely by the organizers. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found violating these Terms or engaging in unfair play. Prize decisions are final and non-negotiable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to graphics, gameplay, branding, and code, is the property of SoftWind Tech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftWind Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
